Speech could be made on any topic except polities\, sex and religion.\n3. Speech duration is minimum 5 min\, maximum 7 min\, grace time 30 sec. Total time 07 min 30 sec.\n4. For speeches less than 4 min 30 sec and more than 7 min 30 sec\, the speaker will be disqualified.\n5. Participation slot confirmation is based on first come first serve.\n6.
